Our reception opening hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 8.00pm. You can contact our reception team for any query, either by phone or email.
Outside of these hours, for any urgent request (emergency referral, care advice for pets treated at BVS) contact us on 01275 838473. BVS is a 24/7 hospital, and our out-of-hours team will endeavour to answer your query as quickly as possible.
