Lisa completed her nurse training as a Level 3 Diploma at a busy first opinion practice in Cornwall, qualifying in 2018. Here she developed a keen interest in surgical nursing and anaesthesia and has since completed her Certificate in Surgical Nursing to further her knowledge and experience in the subject.
Lisa has also been a clinical coach and was previously Head of Quality Improvement in her last practice, responsible for undertaking clinical audits and ensuring the best care and service was provided to both patients and their owners. Lisa Joined the BVS Orthopaedic services team at the beginning of 2024 and is looking forward to completing further qualifications and continuing to provide a high standard of care to patients.
