Lucy qualified in 2007 and started working at Highcroft Referrals as a nurse in 2015. She moved up to senior anaesthesia nurse in 2018, which includes coordinating the workflow of the hospital and line managing the anaesthesia nurses. Lucy is the Lead Support Services RVN, managing anaesthesia nurses, plus some outpatient nurses and continuing to coordinate workflow within the hospital.
Lucy particularly enjoys the problem solving aspect of the role, trying to fit many cases through various different departments. She also enjoys interacting with various disciplines and learning new things every day.
