After graduating from the University of Bristol in Veterinary Nursing and Bioveterinary Science in June 2020, Molly worked as a first opinion nurse at Highcroft Veterinary Hospital in Bristol. During this time, she developed an interest in Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) and started an ECC course with VetsNow.

In January 2022 she started working with Highcroft Referrals (now BVS) as a Hybrid RVN, doing a mixture of early, late and night shifts within medicine, theatre and wards, where she was able to further advance her ECC skills. She is now excited to work within our new Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at BVS and continue to further advance her skills to provide the best level of care for our ECC patients.
