Established in autumn 2023 with the opening of our new state-of-the-art purpose-built multidisciplinary hospital, the BVS Ophthalmology team has been steadily expanding to address the demand for specialist-led ophthalmic care in the South West. Our team comprises three senior residency-trained and boarded ophthalmologists – Keri-Lee Dobbie, Emily Collier and Savina Gogova – who are supported by our discipline-specific registered veterinary nurses Ploy Borisoot and Jennifer White.
This dedicated, enthusiastic and approachable team has a wealth of experience owing to our diverse clinical backgrounds. We are also unique in the region, in that we can offer a truly multidisciplinary approach to your cases, with internal referral possible to our oncology, neurology, internal medicine, dermatology, cardiology, dentistry, maxillofacial and soft tissue surgery teams, as well as your patients benefitting from the invaluable support provided by our specialists in diagnostic imaging and anaesthesiology.
